When will the payment be charged?
You have chosen an online payment method. As soon as you complete your order, a payment authorization will be automatically requested to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds. This is not yet a charge: the actual payment will only be processed at the time of shipment, which will be notified by email.
In the case of orders with multiple items that are shipped at different times, you may receive more than one charge for each individual shipment. However, the total amount charged will always be the same as that specified in the order confirmation email.
If, on the other hand, you have chosen cash on delivery, either in cash or via electronic payment, the charge will be made at the time of payment.
What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

Can I add or remove items from my order?
We regret to inform you that all orders are processed automatically and, once received, we are unable to modify their details. To purchase new items, you must place a new order; to return items, please follow our Return Policy.

Once the order is completed, you will be able to create a personalized digital gift card to print or send directly to the recipient, making the experience even more special.
As with all orders placed on PuroComprar.com, no receipt or invoice will be provided to the recipient.
